General, Video Games, X360
Guitar Hero III is out for the XBOX360 now and so out of pure curiousity, I did a search to find the hardest song to finish on expert. Here is the music video for Dragonforce’s Through The Fire And Flame as well a video of a coop battle on expert of the song in Guitar Hero III….can anyone say insane???

Final Fantasy XI, Flash, General, Vana'diel Clock, Video Games, X360
Updates
I finished the clock this morning and have uploaded it. You can find all the information on the application and the changes here.
Original Post
Been working on the clock all day. I’m happy to announce that I now have the guild and airship timers added. The program unwent a bit of an overhaul as you can see from the screen shot here.
I was sadly forced to change the dimensions in version 1.0.6 to 800×450 to accomodate the guild and airship data. This isn’t a HUGE deal but I originally only intended for it to occupy a small bit of space on the screen. Future updates may change this again as I continue to work with the data etc.
The first full version with all the “base” features should be finished this evening after dinner.

AIR, AS3, Final Fantasy XI, Flash, Vana'diel Clock, Video Games, X360
I uploaded the AIR installer for the Vana’diel clock. It is still very early in development and many more features are coming. I’ve added a page for the clock (accessible from the top of this page) and I’m actively working on the project. Expect frequent updates daily until it is finished.

AIR, AS3, Final Fantasy XI, Flash, Vana'diel Clock, Video Games, X360
I managed to get the base AIR Application working as well. This is going to be a great tool for anyone using the Windower to play Final Fantasy XI on their PC.
I’m surprised at how easy this application is coming along. Never fear though. I’m bound to hit a road block eventually.

AS3, Flash, General, Video Games, X360
I found a new project for myself to commit to. I’m building a Vana’diel Clock in Flash CS3. Vana’diel is the fictional universe of Final Fantasy XI. I used to play this game religiously for quite a few years.
I recently read a post of someone trying to build one in Flash and figured it would be a bit of a challenge since Vana’diel time is 25 times faster than our clock. I’ve started working on this and am hoping to have a working demo of at least the base clock by the end of the day.
After I have the base clock written, I will add a new page to this page for the project. More to come…

Managed to unlock 600K and 500 Note streak last night. WOOT!!!
Only 12 More Achievements to go I believe. I’m stoked! I may have a little trouble getting the Jordan achievement….
Here’s a YouTube video of Jordan on Expert (completing it yields the achievement).

General, Video Games, X360
Managed to pull this one off last night. I downloaded the new My Chemical Romance song pack and managed to pull this one off in like 2 tries with a Full Combo. I think the guys over at Red Octane need to step it up a notch on the next song pack. These ones were a bit too easy.
